Moshiach (also known as messiah or mashiach) is the long awaited Jewish leader who will usher in an era of world peace and G‑dly awareness.
The Jewish messiah is a human being, a descendant of King David, who will lead the Jewish people back to the Land of Israel, where they serve G‑d in peace, leading the nations of the world in attaining an understanding of the Creator.

Moshiach`s time on arriving is very close! almost all the deadlines for redemptions that the different rabbis over the years have set are either past or almost there, the lubavitcher Rebbe, has said that "all deadlines have passed and moshiach is way overdue, and therefore we must demand from Hashem that we are redeemed from exile" (not exact words) so all the people that read this should hang on for just another second cuz YOUR mitzvah might be the final act!
How do I know that the messiah will actually come? it has been hundreds of years since G-D promised us the redemption, how do we know it will come!?
We know he will come because it has been promised in the Torah and by our sages. But I agree, it is taking way too long and we are more than ready for him now!
look, G-D promised avraham (one of our forefathers) that we will be exiled to egypt and leave with great splendor and wealth. he fulfilled that promise, why shouldn't he fulfill this one as well?
But maybe he already wanted to come but we were not worthy and now he will not come?
is it though? taking "too long?"
Here's how i've come to understand. There are a few intrinsic truths which format those items I understand. Man thinks from Man's point of view. We perceive, think, feel, understand and function with ourselves being the starting and end point. Which then considering that which all men struggle regarding -- is the point of reference -- which should -- if wisdom and knowledge give understanding -- requires a changed way of thinking. From a not-self point of reference. But a G'D point of reference. Where in lay the method and properties of the promise by the love demonstrated marriage proposal -- which is founded on Sh'ma.

History, the future and time, in general, are not the same to Higher beings, as they are for us. These things have already happened in another time--line or dimension. It will happen for us. Think of the phrase "As it is written." For us, it seems like a choice, but a different reality... says otherwise.
Moshiach Is the Light of the world.
The world is without true form and void; and darkness is upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of G-d is hovering over the face of humanity. He is saying “Let there be light”; and there is light.
And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

I think as humans we have God given, Free Will. What are we going to do with it.
Moshiach is an educator. He will help teach mankind what he is, why he is, and how to do the job man is made for. And all of this is easily proven. Relation to self is inadmissible, man does not differ from man, not by religion, not by doctrine, not by purpose and it is easily provable when man has been made to the point that he can understand. That is why it is written, that mankind will one day learn to hear, to understand. This is what I have been asked to do. Learn and teach.
...when all religions can worship under one roof, and the wheel of humankind is allowed to roll unhindered through the forest, we will move forward, or backward, or maybe still...it is up to Us!!!!!!

The time has already arrived. We get together with our thoughts and views. Think about it.
We are part of the start that goes on forever ,When we will arrive and come to are senses that we should all love each other and the rest of the universe then and then only will we be truly happy and free .

Wow I learnt some much from this at first I was anti moshiach now I am completely for it
