Building Jewish Identity, One Afternoon at a Time
Raising Jewish children in a predominantly non-Jewish environment can be challenging.
Most of us in the London Jewish community want our children to grow up with pride in
their Jewish identity. One of the many ways to ensure that is by enrolling our precious
bundles of joy in Jewish themed extracurricular activities.
To that end the Chabad Center for Jewish Life and Learning is opening a brand new
after-school program. JUDA After School will engage your children in fun and
meaningful activities that build character and strengthen Jewish identity. The
JUDA—Judaism through the Arts—method taps into a child’s natural curiosity as it aims
to educate through engagement and inspiration.
JUDA After School will offer a variety of tracks:
- The JUDA track will offer seasonal Jewish themed units.
- Hebrew reading lessons for both beginners and advanced pros.
- Club day helps cultivate creativity and is a perfect breeding ground for healthy long-lasting friendships.
- The JewQ curriculum teaches basic Jewish knowledge in a fun and engaging manner. Culminating in an international tournament style competition, JewQ helps children test their knowledge against peers from around the globe.
You can sign up for any or all of the above-mentioned tracks. Choose the best fit for you
and your family.
